We also want to thank Mark Goldsmith of Regional Link for jumping in so last minute, even without knowing what you were getting into, and getting us back online. Your professionalism and skill, Mr. Goldsmith, is much appreciated!
Being the victims of hackers and malware is never an ideal situation. Taking the necessary steps in undoing and preventing this from occurring is not a decision we can neglect, even at the expense of frustrating downtime. Several months ago we noticed “malware warnings” from Google appearing randomly on our site. Many of you undoubtedly experienced that at some point. We made the decision to undergo upgrades to our website software and ultimately to migrate to another server for better security. We didn’t expect or predict that this process would be as problematic as it ended up being.
We do apologize to everyone for their frustration and hopefully moving forward our new server and software upgrades will help prevent any future incidents.
While your online access is restored and you will be able to view your videos, please note that we are still working on the small glitches from the massive upgrades to our server and our online software. Don’t hesitate to email me at email@example.com directly if you have any issues that prevent you from viewing your videos. We will do our best to work on the remaining issues without affecting your ability to log on. If any downtime is expected, we will try to limit these off hours.
